Cancel all my offers

Cancel user's all offers directly on server side. This is an off-chain cancel. If someone stored your offer's signature before the off-chain cancel, he could still accept the offer before its signature expires. It's highly suggested you do the on-chain and off-chain cancel at the same time to avoid any risk.
